Not all polyester is the same. |

A 3x5' lite weight polyester actually
weighs 3.75 oz. Even less if it's a made in
china flag. |

A 3x5 Polyester II or Tough -Tex
weighs 14.5 oz. |
|
A 3x5 Nylon US flag Nyl-Glo weighs 8.5
oz. |

So you see, not all flags are
the same based by weight, then of course the differences
abound when you actually get into the various types of
material. There are about 7 different polyester blends used
for flags. Only 2 are the heavy (strong) types Polyester II
and Tough-Tex by Annin. |
