What is the difference in Materials??

Not all polyester is the same.

�

A 3x5' lite weight polyester actually weighs 3.75 oz. Even less if it's a made in china flag.

A 3x5 Polyester II or Tough -Tex weighs 14.5� oz.�

A 3x5 Nylon US flag Nyl-Glo weighs 8.5 oz.

So you see, not all flags are the same based by weight, then of course the differences abound when you actually get into the various types of material. There are about 7 different polyester blends used for flags. Only 2 are the heavy (strong) types Polyester II and Tough-Tex by Annin.
