We ship from over 13 different locations to get you the best possible rate, not all sizes are kept in all locations some poles only come from 1 or two locations. But we always pass our discounted freight rates along to you.

When you place an order for a flagpole on our site you card IS NOT CHARGED when you complete your order. We use your address and info you provide to secure a freight quote to your destination, e-mail you a finished invoice with new total and await your reply to proceed. If you do not reply or give us a bad e-mail (or blocked) address your order is voided if we can not get a hold of you.
