RETURN POLICY

Anchor Flag stands behind all of our domestic products. In the event there is a problem with the order due to our error, please notify us as soon as possible so we can issue a call-tag to get the incorrect merchandise back to us and your corrected order shipped right out to you.

Please report all damage claims to the shipper and anchorflagandflagpole.com within 48 hours. We will make every effort to send you a replacement order as soon as possible in the event of a damaged shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise purchased from anchorflagandflagpole.com, you may return the item (s) within 14 days from the date the order was shipped. Once received in excellent condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item (s) returned minus a 20% restocking fee, and the cost of shipping. All refunds for purchases made by credit card will be in the form of a credit to the same card used for the original purchase. Before returning an item, please email [email protected] or call 800-637-3002 for a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA)

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error.

Used flags are not returnable. (once flown are considered used)

Flagpoles: Shipping is non refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If Product arrives damaged REFUSE DELIVERY. Once you sign for the flagpole you are responsible and must contact freight company within hours of delivery to report and damage or concealed damage. The freight companies may take up to 6 months to settle a claim, so if the carton, or shipping tube is damaged inspect before you accept delivery. If the pole is dented, bent or has major blemish refuse delivery.

All unsolicited returns will not be considered for a refund.

There is no warrantee on imported flags. No refunds No returns for imported flags.

Imported flags are clearly marked as such, we only offer them as public demands a smaller price. But quality is often reflected in price.
